College Search is a Zinch.
So we've just released our awesome college search page. Right now it's more of a directory than an advanced search tool. We used to have the advanced "school zeeker" but it's undergoing an extreme makeover right now. It'll be revamped and more powerful than ever.
In the meantime, feel free to check out our new college search page to check out college profiles on every 2-year and 4-year college/university in America. It's pretty awesome. It's the most comprehensive college profile directory on the web. No other directory is more dynamic and user-friendly than this one. Put your mouse over the name of the school, and you'll get a quick run-down of some of the basic stats. And of course if you click the name, you'll get to see the entire, in-depth profile of that school. Very cool.
Anyway, everyone should start using it to learn about colleges they're looking into. And please, share your feedback with us here. We LOVE to hear your thoughts on our specific zinch features. We listen to you and we serve you.
And since you've made it this far.....why not put up a cool video.

hi. of all you contributors (or other people who might happen to read this), how many of you went through the whole college deal all on your own? no one in my family has ever gone to college, so they don't know how to help me, and after looking at the college searches [although they are very informative] i feel even more overwhelmed. i'm about to start my senior year & i know that i need to start applying soon & everything and i just wanted your advice. when you chose your major, how did you really know that's what you wanted to do? and what pushed you to apply to the schools that you did, and what was the deciding factor in choosing a school? :S
and one more question: i've been researching pretty much the same schools on multiple websites, and some of the information on here is a little different from the other sources; can we be sure that what we're looking at is accurate? anyhow, the college searches are great. i love how you included every school for each state -- even the cosmotology schools! :)

Two questions -
1) Undergrad courses... do the minors and majors have to be related subjects?
2) How many do you recommend we send shout-outs to?

Wow! What a funny video. Their gameshows are so weird! Have you seen human tetris? That one's my favorite. Anyways, do you have any idea when the new college search will be up, because I'd really like to search for one's that have the specific major that I'm interested in. I hope it goes up soon. And I saw how certain colleges don't have a zinch profile. Is there anyway you can ask them to make one? Thank you very much.
