It's official. The semifinalists have been announced. Who will be crowned 2008 Zinch Sweet Diggity Dawg? You decide.
Next week voting begins. March Madness Zinch style. It's gonna be fun. In light of that, here's a Friday funny.

what about the other scholarships that were due around this time? when will we find out about those, or has their time passed? do we get rejection emails on zinch?

What kind of selection process did you use to select the winners?
Also, was it restricted to only US applications?
I'm just curious, because I noticed how some of the semifinalists had incomplete pages, yet others who do have their pages finished were not chosen. =)

I'm wondering why some of these people were picked when they didn't fill out all the components of their profile, especially the all-important "moving Mt. Fuji" question. I've seen some very unique answers, while others have left it blank. I've even seen one profile with nothing on it! So much for going beyond the test scores...

I am one of the semi-finalists, and am pretty sure I wont be able to advance (i got over 100 votes... sadly i need over 400). I'd just like to say for those people that do move on based on votes, you guys running the contest should kick those people who don't have complete profiles out of the brackets before the others. I thought the point of the contest was to vote on who had the best info, not who has the most friends. I'm happy with being nominated to semi-finalist (thats an honor in itself!). Anyway, I'm just trying to be a good sport. BEST OF LUCK TO ALL THE OTHER COMPETATORS =D
