One day left.

Tomorrow morning the regionals officially end! One day. That's still plenty of time to make a splash in your high school and in your community. Again, we need help choosing 17 people to make it into the final 64. The regionals will only give us 44 automatic entries into the 64. Cinderella 3 is 3 more. We need help choosing the 17 We're getting tons of email and updates and local press clippings and tons of youtube videos....keep 'em coming, keep 'em coming, keep 'em coming. This is coming down to the wire....

Here are a couple new videos.

Aparna Ghosh:

Although I may not have put out a YouTube video, I have been circulating the link throughout the world. There was an article about me in the Havyaka Magazine (Havyaka is a dialect of Kannada, which is the Indian language that I speak), so my voting link has been sent around the world. Also in this magazine article, I explained what exactly Zinch is and how it promotes college awareness of how amazing students can be as people and not just test scores. I would post the link to the article, but it's part of a membership group thing, and won't let me do that.

My "Indian School" (Chinmaya Mission Balavihar) has also been alerted and the link has been traveling through there as well.

I engaged all my middle school students from the Science Olympiad I coach to vote, and half of them send me emails every 10 minutes updating me on my vote status! (Cute, but annoying after a while... :) )

My link has been circulated throughout the Red Cross, the University of Michigan and St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, as well as other organizations where I volunteer.

I've also posted the link on Facebook, and if I make it to the next round, I'll be making a group, and alerting the press.

This scholarship is really unique and I could use the $20,000 to finance my college education, which would ultimately lead to my goal: helping to empower stronger health care, on the global scale, starting with India (as it IS my motherland :) ).

THANK YOU TO ZINCH =)
