"Let me introduce you. Dave meet Zinch. Zinch, Dave."
Hello Zinch. I am new on the scene so I wanted to introduce myself. Name is 31. That is all you need to know. I am a test score. My hobbies and interests include test prep, being a faceless number in the crowd, and long walks on the beach on my way to the Saturday administration of the SAT...
Life feels like that sometimes, at least I know it did for me when I was in high school (Class ’02). Class rank, GPA, weighted GPA, PSAT, ACT, SAT, AP test scores… it is easy to start seeing oneself as a combo of integers. Zinch has helped hundreds of thousands of students to be seen for who they really are—not just test scores. But before we leave numbers behind, I have some other numbers we need to talk about—$dollars$. I, Dave, am here to talk about how you are going to pay for that dream school while keeping your wallet fat. I will be your host for the new column The Cheese: the scoop on student finance and getting that gov’t, loan, and scholarship money. My goal is to help as many of you as possible graduate debt free—and that means keeping the pulse on the industry, the money saving tips, avoiding the scams, how to pull down those big scholarships, and even trying to create new ways here at Zinch to help you get money to pay for school.
